It's that season again.. Christmas!!
This week, it is all about Christmas shopping :) To be honest, we Malaysian-Chinese don't really celebrate Christmas as huge as the westerns do, yet we love the spirit so dang much I suggested to my friends that we play Secret Santa this year.
We're gonna exchange our gifts a few weeks earlier before Christmas, due to the busy schedule everybody has during Christmas week (more like busy with parties, LOL XD), so I did an early Christmas shopping. What can you get for a friend whom you have known for almost 20 years? I wonder..
These are the things I came through today :)
1.) Lingerie, kinda sexy no?
2.) Shoes. Hmm.. But I dun really know the size XD
3.) Accessories. Wow.. These are really nice. Maybe I should buy one of these.. For myself! Haha
4.) Perfume. I wonder which one should I get.. Fruity? Floral? Gosh!!
5.) Cute self-operate music box. This is really cute!
I ended up spotting something very special for my friend, which cannot be reveal here as they might be reading my blog, lol. But here's a few tips I found out on how to sort out, or shall I say cut down the list of things you have in mind for your friends.
a.) Budget. Set a cost for everyone's gifts, so that you have a budget to shop with.
b.) Never, like ever consider too much on what your friends like the most. It's all about the sincerity, not the gift!
c.) Buy what you like. So even when they reject your gifts, you get to keep it for yourself.
d.) Be the joker Santa. Get something unusual. Laughing over the gifts are sometimes the best part of the whole event ;)
Not a lot of tips to share, and it might not be useful for some, but erm.. Hopefully it gives you some idea on what and how to get during the best season of all time.
