Brand new year, 2012.
People are all excited about 2012. Taking about their plans for 2012, what they have done in 2011 etc. For me, except that it reminds me that I am currently 1 year older, everything seems so.. Normal.
Might be I have been leading a normal life for too long. That's why I don't have the passion for those celebrations anymore like Christmas, New Year and even Chinese New Year. So I told myself: Grace, you better set some resolutions for 2012. Get back the passion & ohm that you used to have for all these celebrations.
And then, these are my resolutions for 2012:
1.) Get a guy. LOL ^o^ The broke up in 2011 gives me a sip of the air of freedom. So this resolution is definitely not a must for me (But it is for my grandma, haha).
2.) Join more charity events. Too many disasters happened in year 2011. From the earthquake in Japan to the flood in Thailand. Makes me think that I should be grateful of what I have now, and lend my hand to those who needs help, big or small.
3.) Say Goodbye to FAT. This is the one resolution which I have been making for the last few years, and it never seems to work out well, not even a bit. LOL. This year, I must learn how to control myself (more like learn how to control my mouth and stomach >o<), and make sure that I will wear a smaller size of t-shirt by the end of the year 2012. *Fingers crossed*
I guess these are it, FOR NOW. Haha. At least I have some targets to hold on in 2012, and hopefully this will help to get back some of my passion in this new year. I always tell my friends, 2012 is a brand new year, so we should start this new page with more colors and joy. What happened in 2011 stays in 2011. So please, do let me start this year with passion & joy =)
